Junmai Daiginjo stored in a special container for 10 years to bring the brownish-yellow (Gold) color. It expresses an elegant color and a very aromatic character as well. People in the seventeenth century used to enjoy this kind of aged sake style in Japan. Enjoy with stinky cheeses, foie gras, monk fish liver and miso braises. Alternatively enjoy as a digestif.
