SHICHI HON YARI Nigori Hiire
This is a winter release limited Nigori once pasteurised. This is a savoury rather than sweet nigori, more enjoyed for its rich umami derived from the Tamasakae rice variety. Pair with Shirako Tempura, Kasu Jiru (sake lees soup), a cheesy risotto and Korean Hot Pot.
